Welcome

Calling all local vegetarians and vegans - and those interested in making the switch
We are involved in vegetarian eating, greeting and campaigning in West Wales. We aim to build community, have fun and encourage a cruelty-free lifestyle by means of:
· Eating out and in
Enjoy animal-free dining out - and home cooked feasts and barbecues. Come foraging for wild plants and fruits.
· Campaigning on animal issues
Keep informed about current animal issues and campaigns. Join us on Viva! and Animal Aid action days, campaigning against the badger cull, vegan outreach etc.
· Socialising
Celebrate the seasons and party without cruelty. Theatre, music, art, photography – or just a friendly get-together.
· Supply of vegan and vegetarian goods
Join our buying group and purchase ethically at low cost. Easily veganise your favourite recipes!
Whether you're newly veggie, a lifelong vegan, or just want to know more about animal issues and what you can do - we can help with information and contacts.
