Giving Up Dairy In West Wales
(This feature is really aimed at those lucky people who are embarking on the first steps of their dairy-free journey, Seasoned vegans may find it useful to see what is available locally – although the database is definitely a work in progress!)
Welcome to the vast array of choice available locally of non-dairy products. As you’d expect, some are better than others or more easily available. Nonetheless, non-dairy milks, flavoured milks, butter replacements, yoghurt, “cheeseâ€, cream and ice-cream are all for sale within the county – and an even bigger variety easily obtainable through our buying group.
Here’s a selection of very useful links to start you off. When you’ve read through these, you’ll be super-clued up as to what’s what.

In order to help with the switch, we’re going to make it even easier. We’re going trawl round the shops, find out what’s on offer, test it and rate it. We are only “locally building†on the great amount of information already available. We've made separate pages for the different products - see the right-hand tabs to look at the specifics.
